Chocolate Lab reopens in Hilltop

Chocolate Lab, a chocolate-centric shop and restaurant, has reopened in Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood.

The restaurant specializes in incorporating chocolate “into every dish and cocktail as either the star or supporting role,” states its website.

Chocolate Lab was formerly located on East Colfax Avenue in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood, where it had served customers since 2016. The business launched in 2010, according to Westword.
